We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, this page explains how returns and refunds work.

⏱️2. Return Window

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. (Adjust this window to your business.)

🚫3. Non-returnable Items

Some items can't be returned for hygiene or safety reasons — for example perishable goods, personal-care items, or made-to-order products. These are marked on the product page.

📦4. How to Return

• Contact us with your order number and the reason.
• We'll confirm and share return instructions.
• Pack the item securely and hand it to the pickup partner.

💳5. Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned item, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Delivery charges may be non-refundable.

⚠️6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no return shipping needed.
